Funny, in bush’s speech he claims this decision pre-dates the election. Bulls**t! A week ago bush was stumping and said point blank, in plain words, that we was keeping Rumsfield and Cheney on til the end. (Shows you how much the defender of the Constitution knows about the document he’s sworn to protect. He couldn’t fire Cheney if he wanted to.)
