♦ Bush administration: Fourth Amendment doesn’t apply to domestic military operations
Since Bush has signed an Administrative Order authorizing the use of the military forces on domestic land basically whenever he decides it necessary, thus nullifying the Posse Comitatus Act; and more importantly, since the Administration has determined domestic spying is a military program–we’re basically no longer guaranteed the 4th Amendment as a basic Right.
