They may well do that, but I fail to see how that distinguishes them from any other branch of any other monotheistic tradition. Our issue is that they pander to the weak minded, the ignorant, or the vulnerable. In this regard they are no different than the rest of the fundamentalists out there. One note, at 28:30 into that video you get a great explanation of why faith healers and by extension psychics are so hurtful. He plays it from a “He’s doing it wrong” point of view rather than it’s wrong to do, but it still illustrates the basic hatefulness of the whole concept.
